Step-by-step to apply for this service
Visit Irembo at new.irembo.gov.rw. Log in to the IremboGov platform.

2. Scroll down to the “Utilities” category and click on “Reconnection Request” to proceed.
3. Click Apply and start the application
4. Enter the POC number, and your details will be filled in automatically. Click on the verification box and click continue.
6. Verify that the information is true, enter a phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click Submit.
7. A billing number/ID (88…) will be generated for payment. Click Pay
8. Applicants choose the mode of payment. For more information about payment modes, click here.
Next Steps after Submitting Your Application
Step 1: Upon payment, your application will be processed by the requested sector office.
Step 2: When the application gets approved, your water service will be successfully reconnected.
