How to Change e-P.O. Box Postal Office.

This service allows ePoBox address holders to update the physical location linked to their personal or business postal address, enabling them to receive and manage their mail and packages from a new postal branch of their choice. To maintain service consistency, postal branch changes can only be made once every three months.


The processing time is 5 minutes, and the service is free.


Prerequisites:

  • Applicants must have an account and be logged in.

  • Companies must have valid TINs.

  • Applicants must have a valid phone number.


Follow these easy steps to change your e-PO box address.


  1. Visit www.new.irembo.gov and log into your account.


  1. You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your login credentials (email address/phone number and password) and click "Login.”.


  1. Search for “Renew ePoBox Address” and select it from the search results.


  1. Read the service description and click “Apply now” to start your application.


  1. Enter your phone number, and the applicant details will automatically reflect below Select the new postal branch.

  2. Then click "Continue.”.

  1. Review and confirm your information. Then, add your preferred number and email for SMS/email notifications about the progress of your application.

  2. Check the box to confirm the accuracy of the information, then click Create Application


  1. You will be provided with a bill ID to make the payment. Click “Pay and Submit.”


Note:

  • After successful payment, you will be notified within a few minutes after your ePoBox has been registered, and you can proceed to use it and download your certificate.
