How to Renew an ePoBox Address.

This service enables ePoBox address holders to renew their personal or business postal addresses, extending the validity by one year. If the address has expired, the renewal term starts from the payment date. For active addresses, the renewal term begins immediately after the current expiration date, ensuring continuous service without interruption. 

The processing time is 5 working days, and the pricing depends on the case.

Follow these easy steps to renew your ePoBox address.

1. Visit www.newirembo.rw  and log into your account.

2. You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your login credentials (email address/phone number and password) and click "Login.”.

3. Search for “Renew ePoBox Address” and select it from the search results.

4. Alternatively, you can find the service under the “Postal services” category and click on it. 

5. Read the service description and click “Apply now” to start your application.

6. Enter the phone number associated with your ePoBox (individual or company); the price will automatically be reflected below.

7. Then click "Continue.”

8. Review and confirm your information. Then, add your preferred number and email for SMS/email notifications about the progress of your application.

9. Check the box to confirm the accuracy of the information, then Submit. 

10. You will be provided with a bill ID to make the payment. Click “Pay”

Note:

• After successful payment, you will be notified within a few minutes after your ePoBox has been registered, and you can proceed to use it and download your certificate.
