How to Register for an ePoBox.

This service, provided by The National Post Office, allows individuals and businesses in Rwanda to obtain a secure and convenient ePoBox address. Users with a valid Rwandan phone number can quickly register for a digital postal address.

The processing time is 1 working day and The pricing depends on the type of application: 8,000 RWF for individual applicants and 15,000 RWF for applications submitted on behalf of a company.

Prerequisites:

Applicants must have an account and be logged in.
Companies must have valid TINs.
Applicants must have a valid phone number.

Follow these easy steps to register for an ePoBox.

Visit www.new.irembo.rw and log into your account.

You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your login credentials (email address/phone number and password) and click "Login.”.

Alternatively, you can find the service under the category “ePoBox” and click on it.

Read the service description and click “Apply now” to start your application.

Enter your phone number and select the Applicant Category (Individual or Company). The price will automatically reflect below.

Applying as an Individual: Add your identification number, name, and date of birth

Applying as a Company: Enter the company T,IN and the details, including name, email, and phone number, will be automatically displayed.

Select your preferred postal branch, then click "Continue.”.

Review and confirm your confirmation. Then, add your preferred number and email for SMS/email notifications about the progress of your application.
Check the box to confirm the accuracy of the information, then click Create Application.

You will be provided with a bill ID so you can make the payment. Click “Pay and Submit.”

Note:

After successful payment, you will be notified within a few minutes after your ePoBox has been registered, and you can proceed to use it and download your certificate. For any queries concerning your ePoBox contact the Iposita office on 0791956191.
